Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
If the service was not performed as agreed upon in the contract or service agreement.
If there is a significant defect or issue directly related to our workmanship that cannot be reasonably remedied.
If Revah & Sons cancels a service prior to commencement.
Non-Refundable Situations
Services that have been completed to contract specifications and accepted by the client.
Changes in client preferences after work has begun or been completed.
Damage caused by external factors after service completion, such as accidents or improper maintenance.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund:

Resolution
If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method within 14 business days. In some cases, we may offer repair or remediation services as an alternative to a refund.
